How do I contact Bio Liv if I need support?
Bio Liv support is accessible through our digital database, where you can inquire about our medical services or facilitate a consultation for your client via chat. Most of your queries will be answered immediately. Should you need to converse with a Bio Liv support representative directly, you can do so through the same chat. If your request comes in after business hours, a staff member will reach out to you within one business day. This chat feature is located on the bottom right of your screen and serves as your link to us. Please note that this support is exclusively available on this page, so we recommend bookmarking this tab for easy access in the future.
What telemedicine services do you offer?
Currently we provide telemedicine for the following modailties: weight loss, men’s health solutions, testosterone replacement therapy, and nonemergent care. Coming soon: functional medicine conultations and mental health services.
Can I see my client's chart?
Your office will be provided with a single seat in our EHR, ensuring a dedicated space to access and manage all your active clients. All findings will be documented and exclusively available to you and the Bio Liv provider network.
How secure is the patient data on your platform?
We prioritize data security with end-to-end encryption and compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations to ensure your client’s information is protected.
Can I customize the services for my practice?

Is there a phone number for clients to contact?
If your client needs to contact one of Bio Liv’s providers, they can call the 866-379-5055 number saved as Bio Liv, the contact they created during sign-up. Once they are established as an active patient, they can reach out 24/7 for nonemergency care and support for any service provided by Bio Liv.
