If you are enrolled in an active plan of care, both our virtual urgent care and mental health services are included for you as long as your care plan remains active. Whenever you need a primary care provider, Bio Liv is here to support you.

The intake process is straightforward and designed to be completed online in 1-5 min. You’ll answer a series of questions to help us understand your needs and preferences.

You’ll need to provide basic personal information, your health history, and any specific goals you have for your wellness journey.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I COMPLETE MY INTAKE?
Once your intake is complete and you qualify for treatment, you will speak to one of our providers over the phone. Our team will review your information and develop personalized recommendations, then walk you through next steps.
ARE THERE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INTAKE AND CONSULTATION?
The initial intake is free of charge. If you qualify for treatment, a consultation fee of $29.99 is required to speak with a provider. This fee is then applied to the price of your treatment package if you decide to move forward. The consultation fee is not in addition to the cost of your chosen plan of care.
HOW SOON CAN I START MY TREATMENT?
After completing your intake and receiving your personalized plan, you can begin your treatment quickly. Medications are shipped directly to your home. On average, the time from prescription to delivery is 4-7 business days.
